August 18^th, 2011 – First Day of Classes

Sept 5^th -  Labor Day – NO CLASSES!

Nov. 1^st  – MAY RECITAL COSTUMES MUST BE PAID OFF BY THIS DATE!!!
                      (You may make payments anytime during the fall.)

Nov. 21-27   – Thanksgiving Break – NO CLASSES! (We will have class on Saturday, the 21^st.)

 

Dec. 14 ^- 20   (Last week of classes)  – Christmas Shows/Parties  (more info to come)

 

Dec. 21-January 1   – Christmas Break, NO CLASSES

 

Mon.  Jan 2  – Start Back to dance!

 

March 1st – RECITAL FEE IS DUE!!!!

 

March 12-18 - Spring Break – NO CLASSES! (LISD has changed their dates)  We do have class on Sat 3/10!

Fri. April 6  – Good Friday, No CLASSES

 

Week of April 23 – PICTURE WEEK (pictures done during class, come in your costume)

 

May 17 & 18 – Dress rehearsals for Spring Recital

 

May 19 Spring Recital – Stay tuned for new recital location to be announced soon!

 

Please note:  LISD take several Monday holidays that we do not take.  In order to give Monday students an equal number of classes, we still offer class on several days that LISD is out.  PLEASE refer to this schedule or the website if you are unsure!  THANKS!

 

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY – In the event of inclement weather, schools closing, etc., please call the studio for a recording  and/or check the website, as to whether or not class will meet.  The decision will be based on LISD and surrounding school districts, road conditions around the studio and the safety of the students.  At times, LISD will cancel classes and then the weather changes, or hold classes, but weather gets worse.  To be safe – please check before coming up to class.   In the event that we must cancel a class, a makeup day will be offered OR your child may attend another class for a makeup.  WE CANNOT, HOWEVER, OFFER REFUNDS FOR CLASSES CANCELLED DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER.
